New Hope for Hampton Roads is a non-profit with a goal of improving the community by giving young adults and the youth a brighter outlook on life and showing them that there is a whole world out there that awaits them.

The YMCA on Granby Junior Leaders' Club is a program that unites tweens 10 through 13 through community services, guests speakers, fun and engaging activities, games, volunteer opportunities, and more to help develop them into leaders. The leaders will strengthen their skills that center body, mind, and spirit. the year-long program consists of activities that include community service, team building, fitness enhancement, devotions, academic enrichment, and teen social events.
